Frank earned his Ph.D. degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University, his M.A. degree in Christian Counseling at Wheaton Graduate School and B.A. degrees in Biblical Studies and Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. He holds a New Jersey State professional counselor's license and he is a licensed minister.
Since 1978, Frank has been a Christian counselor and provided services to children, adolescents and adults in a private practice setting. Currently, he works with adults only. In 1983, he founded The Center for Christian Counseling & Relationship Development, L.L.C. and serves as the clinical director. He has extensive counseling experience with various types of abuses and addictions, as well as anxiety, panic, depression, fears, personality disorders, physical pain, stress, relationship problems and spiritual issues. Additional experience includes Bible teaching, preaching and presentation of seminars and radio messages on topics relevant to Christian living.
Since becoming a Christian in 1973, he has sought to follow Jesus Christ and the Scriptures, personally and professionally. Frank has served as a church staff member, Sunday school teacher and deacon in local South Jersey churches. He also helped in the development of small group ministries. He is married to Fran Mancuso, who is also a Christian counselor at CCCRD.

In 1992, Fran served as a child and adolescent counselor within the public and alternative school settings in southern New Jersey. In 1994, she joined the staff of CCCRD where she continues to provide counseling for children, adolescents and adults. Her experience includes working with problems, such as depression, obsessive-compulsions, eating, anxiety, personality disorders, school phobias, self-esteem and relationship and family problems. She specializes in women's issues. Fran also serves as the administrative director at CCCRD.
Fran committed her life to Jesus Christ in 1976 and has remained a faithful servant to Him and His people. She has taught Sunday school classes and developed and led a woman's support group. Currently, she serves her local church as a member of the Pastoral Relations Committee and a youth group leader. She is married to Dr. Frank Mancuso, the clinical director of CCCRD, and has one son, who is a chiropractor.
Matt has received a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University. In addition, he holds a M.A. degree in Human Services Psychology from LaSalle University and a B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
Matt has been a Christian counselor since 1997 in both private practice and at community mental health centers. During that time, he has worked with children, adolescents and adults. He has treated people with disorders that include eating, depression, relationships, anger, stress, anxiety and spiritual. Matt has experience in presenting seminars on Christian life to adolescents and adults. He also has extensive experience in leading small groups and teaches as an Adjunct at Camden County College.
Matt became a Christian in 1985. Since then, he has sought to live a life worthy of the Gospel in his work and personal relationships. Matt has worked with high school students for 14 years as a counselor and as a volunteer leader with Young Life. He is a mini-church leader and has developed a lay counseling and discipleship ministry in a local church. He is married to Bethany Miller.

Ara is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who has earned graduate degrees in Counseling (Philadelphia Biblical University) and Communications (Fairleigh Dickinson University) and has done graduate study in psychology at NYU and Rutgers. He is an experienced therapist counselor of adults, couples and teens dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, marital problems, sexual difficulties, school problems, spiritual needs and career direction. He is also a skillful group facilitator, having led specialized groups focusing on “recovering from divorce” and “parenting teenagers.” A highly experienced public speaker, Ara is an adjunct professor in the PBU Institute of Higher Learning, focusing on marriage counseling. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
